Hello beautiful woman,

I am Tosca and as a feminine empowerment and embodiment coach, as well as a 500-hour yoga alliance certified yoga teacher with years of teaching experience, I have helped hundreds of women online and in person toward deeper self-love, joy, feminine alignment, and pleasure.

I’ve had the honor of supporting hundreds of women on their journey back into their bodies and to themselves.

My passion for yoga, arose when my auntie taught me yoga when I was 13 years old. Later on in life, I added mindfulness, tantra, breathwork, and embodiment practices that run deep, cultivated over 15 years of study and personal exploration.

Traveling the world to immerse myself in ancient philosophies and sacred traditions, meditating for weeks in monasteries, and gaining 2 yoga teacher certificates in India have shaped the wisdom I bring to my work—a blend of global perspective and heartfelt connection.

As a retreat facilitator and organizer, I’ve created sacred spaces for women worldwide to reconnect with their inner strength, embrace their authenticity, and step into profound personal growth.

These transformative gatherings have become a sanctuary where women can reclaim their power, embody their truth, and awaken to their divine potential.

In my role as a feminine leadership mentor, I guide women to step boldly into their purpose, balancing the sacred feminine and masculine energies within.

My work specializes in Tao Tantra for Women, tantric art therapy, sacred sexuality, and the art of embodying wholeness, feminine radiance, ,wisdom and ancient knowledge.

With compassion and unwavering support, I help my clients awaken their feminine essence, reclaim their power, and cultivate lives rich with fulfillment.

Through private mentorships and online group coaching, I empower women to embrace their essence and experience profound transformation.
